Grow Quarry Bushes on Desert Sand Soil

I suggest making Quarry Bushes growable on Desert Sand Soil as Desert Sand is found in their environment but Dirt isn't

A good idea, and it adds a little more variety to these growables too. I'll redo the code tomorrow to make it more flexible and implement that.
