Enigma misses functions when decompiling Indev

I've been mapping Indev 02-23-2010 with Enigma for a few months but I've noticed that it seems to miss several important functions in various different classes. Some of those being the entity render classes, entity classes, and crafting classes. I have tried using both included decompilers but both end up with the same result of missing functions. Although I can get those missing functions using an external decompiler like JD-GUI, but it'd definitely be handy to have them decompiled with Engima. I'm not sure if I need to supply any other information, but I'd be happy to include more info if needed. And if the mappings are required they can be found on my account here.
