Why not try creating a customized timing function for Dynamic Signal Switching Phase?

Like, it should be based on the average count of vehicles with consideration of lane with higher counts.

Also, we must ensure that no signal is wide open over 120 seconds because it might cause severe congestion issues. A lane must be opened within every 120 seconds to manage the free flow of traffic atleast on one lane.

What's your opinion on it?
