Disable touch screen overlay

Hello, I'm using CS16-client both in my tablet and my Android tv, with a joypad. I'd like to complete disable the touch-screen overlay (bacause I'd like to only use the joypad), but when I disable it from the option menu, and after I join a server, I can't see the menu to select the team.

On Android TV, this game is unplayable because there is no touch screen at all of course.
