Game Hangs on Table Open

When I open my transmutation table/table I drop to 0 frames and minecraft stops responding. Doesn't crash, just hangs. It only started happening after I learned the Final Star Shard. There shouldn't be any conflict with other mods.

The logs don't seem to say anything related to this, unless if it is and 🤷‍♂️
