Duplication bug with OriTech Pipe & Just Dire Things block breaker/fluid collector

Describe the bug

If you connect the block breaker/fluid collector with an extract, and insert designated item pipe from Oritech Machines along side an open inventory; any full stack of items in the block-breaker/fluid collector will be duplicated.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a block breaker/fluid collector from just dire things
2. Place 3 Item Pipes from OriTech, connecting 2 sides of the block breaker/fluid collector
3. Set one pipe to extract, leave one on insert
4. Add a chest, or other inventory connected to the pipes
5. Add any full stack of items into the block breaker.

Expected behaviour

The item(s) inside gets moved into the chest and taken from the block breaker/fluid collector.

Additional information

This was found on a dedicated server, but also confirmed to work in single player as well.

Edit: After further testing, it appears most simple dire things machines are affected by this bug.
