Multiple points:

• EIO versions of Stellar Alloy can be looted from the moon
• EIO versions of Stellar Alloy have zero recipes and cannot be converted into GT variants, making them useless

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

Probably change Moon dungeons to drop GT Stellar, and also have a recipe to convert EIO Stellar to GT just in case
