Describe the bug

The Gobber Hammer doesn't mine blocks from Powah (Dry Ice, Deepslate orevariants). If the central block in the AOE is a Powah block, however, it is mined as expected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Dig down to bedrock in the JAMD dim
2. Mine with the Gobber Hammer until Powah dry ice/ores are exposed
3. Go ham

Expected behaviour

All blocks in AOE mined
