Hemp seeds doesn't get harvested by hydroponic bed

Describe the bug

When a Industrial Hemp Seed is placed on a Hydroponic Bed from industrial foregoing it grows but never gets harvested by the machine

Steps to reproduce

1. Create Hydroponic Bed from industrial foregoing
2. Place it
3. Fill with water, ether gas and power
4. Shift click Industrial Hemp Seed on the top of the Hydroponic Bed

Expected behaviour

The machine should harvest the seed, put drops in its inventory and replant the seed
