Describe the bug

When leaving a builder with silk touch and a filter mining emerald clusters. causes a lot of lag. The screenshot shows it right after activation but it will keep growing.

Steps to reproduce

place builder with silk touch quarry card select and area to mine put quarry to mine on constant filter for emerald clusters.

Expected behaviour

for the quarry not to kill the server

Just as a quick work around since I had a similar issue: Put a timer and set it to 5 ticks delay, that helps quite a bit. But I agree, there should be some kind of safety guard to this.
