bgp: new BGP templates to display default local preference and local-AS in BGP commands
FRR pull request #3355 adds default local preference and local-AS to "show bgp ipv4/ipv6" command. This commit adds new templates for "show bgp ipv4/ipv6" display to include default local preference and local-AS O/P.
