[Feature Request] Make email templates easier to create

Currently, you need to write code to be able to create a new email template.

Describe the solution you'd like A possiblity to create new email templates and connect them to existing or new hooks/events without writing code. The possible solution would have a list of email template codes and another list of registered hooks/events that could be assigned to a specific template.
