Design the shipyard page using airtable api

Fix: #261

Description

Designed Shipyard page and tried to carry-out that spirit of "don't talk, build!" and added a role in project cards of Shipyard as I feel Shipyard should not be limited to just code , we can have different roles like "community building projects","Individuals developers","designers", or something more cool ! We can broaden our scope of building .

Changes Made

1. Added a SplashScreen for Shipyard page
2. Made all earlier suggested changes in Shipyard page
3. Improved UI
4. Added Airtable lin
5. Added an inside logic that when Shipyard is going on timer will work and When date is achieved ,it displays a banner "Shipyard will be soon back" , so that there is no need for a separate page and both situations can be managed alongside.
