chore(strum): Update to 0.27.0

Hello @FGRibreau, I propose this PR to update the strum dependencies to 0.27.0. I've check the changelog for breaking changes betweem 0.24 and 0.27 that impact the code but everything seems alright and seems to be confirmed by cargo check and cargo test
