Lobby kicking bug (will show as OBS(in playtab) untill they press OK)

Hello!

There is currently a bug in that if you kick someone from your lobby. They will still be listed as observers in your game (and look like its filling a slot(but that's another bug)) Until they press OK on the kick msg.

So if you kick someone because they are AFK, your game will still show as full in the play tab.

I guess the obs showing as occupying a slot should also be fixed? But I'm not sure if it is client side or server side?
