Display rating in a more sane way

Hovering over the blue box is extremely unintuitive. It only works that because division avatars used to be displayed there but they've been gone for a long long time now.

Easy to implement, though I'm not sure there's enough space for that in the player list.

League/division will come back (stalled because, brutus says he can't test the server changes he made) We could put (only) global rating there.
