Warning messages in buildtime

When building, I get some warning messages. It builds fine, but I thought it would be good to report it. Some of the messages are:

cc1plus: warning: command line option ‘-std=c99’ is valid for C/ObjC but not for C++

warning: ‘__pyx_mdef___pyx_memoryviewslice_3__setstate_cython__’ defined but not used [-Wunused-variable]

warning: comparison of integer expressions of different signedness: ‘int32_t’ {aka ‘int’} and ‘size_t’ {aka ‘long unsigned int’} [-Wsign-compare]

Environment:

• distro: Arch Linux 64-bits
• packages: pyroaring 0.2.9, python 3.8.0
• full build log: build.log

Thank you for reporting this. I have never taken the time to fix these warning, but I agree that it would be great if pyroaring compiled without them.
