Extra fluid cells can't accept fluids

When I attach the ME import bus on the ME fluid interface to try to store the fluid from waterpump from BC. No response to the extra cell fluid but it is okay for ae2 cells.

I'm getting the same bug, ae2 fluid cells are fine but Extra Cell 2 fluid cells don't seem to accept storage

None of the Extra Cells storage cells are working for me. Not the fluid ones, not the normal ones.

Same issue for me, item cells work fine the fluid cells do nothing.

Should also be fixed like #684 with the corresponding Pull request that fixes the cause in AE2.
