Half line under General Information > Cookies

Hi everyone, first time error-reporter :)

Description of the problem In the Users Guide under General Information → Cookies here at line 16 of the source, one finds the line:

Cookies that are necessary to the functioning

...and then nothing more. I think it was either meant as a headline:

Cookies that are necessary to the functioning of ExpressionEngine

...or it's a regular line that has been cut off.

Either way, I think it's better for the person who wrote the page to change it, than me starting to make assumptions :)
