Build is broken and very old in .NET 2.1, current LTS is .NET 8.0 LTS

Hello, there are no instructions on how to build it, and the build is broken.

• [ ] Can you update to LTS 8.0 much faster
• [ ] Update the nugets, they are 10 yrs old
• [ ] Add some help on how to build, demo data
• [ ] Market place to publish others plugins or add-ons like wordpress
