Add external apk scanning or download apps from every country

We need that because some apps can't downloading by exodus but we can download and upload to exodus servers (from country limitations).

This is currently a limitation of exodus. It would be better to manage to download country-specific applications from exodus rather than allowing apk upload (which is more problematic).

This is not an easy issue to fix though, but we'll keep this open.
