OnScp914UpgradingPlayer error for Teleport
Describe the bug Basically going in 914 with setting set on Rough gives errors in console and doesn't teleport the player as intended in the config file.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go inside 914
- Set setting to Rough
- Check console for error messages
Expected behavior Player that enters 914 on Rough to be teleported.
