userdb fixes to remove bad sigs

This PR uploads a new bundle with a modified userdb.txt peid file, to remove bad signatures that were in the original peid data. https://www.zscaler.com/blogs/security-research/your-windows-8-packed

Exeinfo Pe support userdb signatures only for older toos like Peid , I don't use this too many false detections
