Feature Request: Config options for villager trades, and for fruit tree fruitiness

Describe the issue I would like config options for controlling villager trades added by this mod, and a value to increase fruit tree fruitness, and cause more fruit leaf blocks per fruit tree.
Maturation speed multiplier for various crops, and especially for fruit tree leaves, would also be very nice.
