codeium auth doesn't work over ssh

I eagerly signed up for Codeium and switched my Neovim config from Copilot over to this extension, but I ran into this same issue when I ran :Codeium Auth. I run Neovim on a headless Linux server that I SSH into, so this is a deal-breaker for me. FWIW, I abandoned Cody, a similar product, for the same reason.
