Hidden Aftermarket Parts not unlocking

Using the Unlock Everything doesn't really unlock everything (again). Back then, previous versions of Extra Options unlock some hidden spoilers (Edge, Dynamo, Specter, and Phoenix), some unique wheels (Lowenhart XIR and BR5 and Racing Hart CR), some hoods (CF Mongoose, CF Eraser, CF Tsunami, and CF Twister), and the Typhoon Roof Scoops. The thing about the ShowMoreCustomizationOptions feature mentioned in #26 has been removed for some odd reason.

I found out that you can select the parts in My Cars by going to the Backroom but some parts isn't in the backroom. It is fixable by adding ShowMoreCustomizationOptions = 1 below ShowSpecialVinyls. So I was kinda wrong of the ShowMoreCustomizationOptions being removed. Turns out it still works a bit. Don't close issue yet. Need to check Career Mode.

Edit: Career Mode doesn't load up the hidden parts.

I have the same problem, I downloaded the last version and it looks like I get the same bug
