New-StatusimoPage create folder if not present

when using the command we specify folders for incidents and maintenance, but the command won't create it.

it could be good to have the option to create them if not present.

as the next command New-StatusimoEvent and New-StatusimoMaintenance will fail if the path is not good (and missing folders are not good 😄 )
