Use the Determinate Systems Nix installer

At the very beginning of the guide, you describe how it's needed to enable flake support and the nix command after installing nix. This tedious step can be avoided by using the Determinate Nix installer. It also handles incomplete installations and uninstallation a lot more gracefully.
