Installation and Usage in README

I added "Installation" and "Usage" in the README, because I myself had some problems with getting started so I'm thinking this will also help others getting started.

I also changed the text https://github.com/EvergineTeam/RenderDoc.NET/blob/master/Capture1.JPG to just Capture1.JPG because I could not preview the image when I was editing the README on my local PC.
