Missing v0.15 for AspNetCore packages

I notice that nuget only has up to the v0.14 of the Eventuous.AspNetCore and Eventuous.AspNetCore.Web packages. Both of them have v0.15 prereleases but I wonder if there should already be an official v0.15 of these packages given that 0.15 was released a few months ago?
