Add new MSFS 2024 APIs

Solves #112

Adds support for the following MSFS 2024 APIs:

  • aICreateParkedATCAircraftEx1
  • aICreateEnrouteATCAircraftEx1
  • aICreateNonATCAircraftEx1
  • aICreateSimulatedObjectEx1
  • enumerateSimObjectsAndLiveries
  • subscribeToFlowEvent
  • unsubscribeToFlowEvent
  • requestAllFacilities <-- Throws an invalid enum exception. Not documented on the official site so it might not be ready for use yet.
