Small Rug wrongly listed in the "Upgrades" category of the store

The Small Rug is wrongly listed in the "Upgrades" category of the store instead of being in the "Decorations" just like the Large Rug is (I know this is a very minor issue but I still felt like reporting it):

N.B. : I am using AllDecorAlways which makes it so all ship decor is always sold, as well as LethalTerminalFormatter which modifies how the terminal displays things.

The dartboard is an upgrade too. Pls fix, this can cause issues with other mods.
