Chunk height. Chunk width. Chunk depth.

Proposal

Chunk y. (<--?? or x; in Fiji height is y) Chunk x. Chunk z.

It looks like this issue was addressed in the following commit: https://github.com/Euro-BioImaging/BatchConvert/commit/bec07488d9f846bd1121dc3a6c3e5b059b4f7f43 Does it need to remain open?
