Sorry for your error, but Windows 7 is not a O.S. currently supported by Microsoft (upport for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020) and I cannot test it. In my Windows 11 64 bit the viewer is perfect:

OK. Just for your information. Because it is written "Supports Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 and 11 (for 32 bits and 64 bits)." (and installer does not refuse to work at Windows 7 x64).

Ah. I forgot to wrote that description of error comes from polish version of Windows 7.

I known that the viewer works well on other Windows 7 systems, but the problem is that if I cannot reproduce it in Windows 10 or 11... I cannot solve. It's seems a O.S. problem, but Microsoft cannot help us for unsupported O.S.

If problem is on OS/my installation of OS side, then sorry for bothering. If preview handler works with the file on other installations of Windows 7 x64, then probably something is wrong on my side. Otherwise... there are virtual machines. And I may provide additional information if needed (if I will know which). As I wrote - just for your information - you are developer, I am not demanding anything.
