DelphiGoogleMap will not install in Delphi 12 CE

The installer, DelphiGoogleMaps_Setup.exe, gives the following error message:-

**_The RAD Studio 12 Athens does not support command line compilation. You have to install the library manually.

Please, report this issue._**
