Deny automatic teleportation in worlds.

Feature description

Would be fantastic if we could have a section of the config to deny automatic teleport requests from being accepted/processed in certain worlds. While I love giving my players this feature, if they're in a minigame or something in our games world, it means people can just teleport in if the player has tpauto enabled.

How the feature is useful

Would prevent exploiting by teleporting into in restricted worlds. (we have /tpa blocked in this worlds)
