adding another placeholder for jails

I’d like to suggest two new placeholders for the EssentialsX jail system:

• %essentials_jailed_reason%

→ Returns the reason why the player was jailed (set during the jail command)

• %essentials_jail_count_%

→ Returns the number of players currently jailed in the specified cell

How this feature is useful:

• Allows servers to display jail reasons in holograms, menus, or custom messages
• Enables tracking of how many players are jailed in each cell, useful for roleplay, moderation, or server statistics
• Improves integration with plugins like DeluxeMenus, HolographicDisplays, and scoreboards

Additional Suggestion:

Extend the /jail command to support a reason argument: /jail [time] [reason] This would allow the reason to be stored and retrieved via placeholder.
