Allow changing the name used for when someone uses /msg to send a message from discord to minecraft

At the moment, when using /msg to send a message to someone in-game, the full username#discriminator is shown. This should be configureable
How the feature is useful
the #0000 is really ugly, and if you're using a nickname-only format for EssentialsX Discord it can be quite confusing since the nickname does not always line up with the actual person's username. Also the discriminator is not shown anymore, except for users who still have one
This is likely a holdover from when Discord did use discriminators. We'll probably just remove it soon, but I don't think there needs to be any configuration since the discriminator system is effectively obsolete.
hmm, fair, but i'd still prefer if one could configure if it should use the username, or the nickname
