Customizable AFK kick durations

Feature description Similar to #148, it would be nice to be able to give certain groups permissions similar to the sethome multiple perm to change how long they can be AFK before being kicked
How the feature is useful It could be useful for higher ranks to have (such as paid ranks), so they can stay on the server longer but without being able to stay on it indefinitely. The main reason someone would want to be AFK for a long amount of time would most likely to have some sort of farm, which can be kind of OP if they just bypass the AFK kick in general.

There's an open to pr label but honestly pretty much all enhancements are open to pr lol
It's not very well organized currently. There are a lot of open to PR issues of mixed quality. If you're interested in one, please comment on it to discuss what you'd like to do, and we can give you our opinions on it so that you don't waste your time.
So I've been looking through the code, and looking at the actual requested feature. It says "give certain groups permissions" in the description. Are the groups defined in EssentialsX or are the groups are set on the server by the ops, and the user should have a permission tag like the one used for setHome?
