v2.18.2 not Win 7 compatible

Hello i only want to tell that the last release is not compatible with Windows 7, i'm using the ytdlp-interface_win7.7z archive and the exexutable show a "GetSystemTimePreciseAsFileTime" error, something related to Windows 8 and newer
