[feature request] seperate default resolutions

currently, ovras has one setting for initial resolution, which is used for both blacklisted apps and cpu time resolution resets i'd rather be able to set these seperately, such as to run unsupported games at a reasonable resolution and min out the cpu time threshold res to 20% for loading screens
