Compiled By VS 2015, Something goes wrong.

I use Visual Studio 2015 compile the code in VC9. When I compare the logFile.txt. I found some results are not same. logfile.txt

Maybe its a platform issue, the initial commit assumes some types like int and short are always some set amount of bytes which is weird and might be why this happens
