希望能增加一个《故障转移》功能下，出现故障时可以【更新订阅】的选项。（目前选项为切换节点、重启插件、关闭插件） 因为某些情况下如果节点挂了，应该通过更新节点信息来解决，这些情形下，切换节点和重启插件等都不能解决故障问题。 现有的故障检测功能做得很好，只是应该提供更多的故障恢复手段。
