Updated `crf24_hevc.bat` to be compatible with `.m4v` files. Works perfectly from my testing. `.m4v` files are often exported by [HandBrake](https://handbrake.fr/).

Videos only render at 60fps, not higher. every video file takes the EXACT amount of time to render as it is long. Not sure if FFMPEG issue or not. Windows...
Converted the batch file to a linux executable. Hopefully this works for everyone!
