Mockup for migration workaround section (Migration Handbook)

What Changed?

In the scope of https://enterprisedb.atlassian.net/browse/DOCS-377 we want to add a new section to the Migration Handbook documentation that presents available workarounds for migration issues.

This is a mockup of how this section could look. I will be iterating on this proposal after obtaining some feedback from eng/PM.
