[Plank Sack] Mahogany homes repair bug fix

Fixes the bug where clicking "repair" during Mahogany Home immediately after building something else will cause the plank sack to incorrectly subtract another plank. Fixes #106 #104 and #102

I had chosen to implement geeckon's 2nd suggestion from #106
