[Filamentalist] FAQ documentation refers to unavailable links in rc2 branch

https://github.com/Enraged-Rabbit-Community/ERCF_v2/blob/master/Recommended_Options/Filamentalist_Rewinder/Filamentalist_FAQ.md makes several hard links to the HEAD of rc2 branch, which was taken private 2 months ago. Those links are now dead and causing confusion for people.

Additionally, it's probably not a good idea to have explicit branch references in master anyway.
