How to generate a 3d coordinates of body parts using OpenCV and Unity?

Hi, I am going to purchase this asset before that I was checking the OpenPose example using the free trial version. I was able to get the Skeleton tracking using the web camera. I need some help with the following scenario :

Can you please share a procedure or some of the references that how can I generate a 3d coordinates of body parts.
