Cannot add the app into the Slack

I cannot add your app into the Slack workspace. After clicking at the 'Add to Slack' button I get redirected into a page with a error 404: NOT_FOUND: This is the link for this button: https://github-code-review-notifier.vercel.app/ Are there any ways of how to enable it?

Thank you for letting me know about it. It seems the deployed instance was removed by vercel unexpectedly.

Now it have recovered. Please give another try!
