Redesign the package

I've realized that I've spent too much time trying to make the package work for multiple platforms while trying to appease the way that engo currently utilizes audio. I want design the audio package from the ground up with multiple platforms in mind with a simple yet powerful API. I'm not sure about the ETA of this but I'll update this issue as this progresses.
